A: I use the cable connector above ground in the garden, it has worked very well so far, even in heavy rain.

**Q: Can this junction box be installed underground?**
A: The cable connector waterproof can be installed underground. However, if your cable is too thin (<5mm), you can do the proper extra sealing after connecting to ensure better waterproof performance.

**Q: Can I put this cable connector underground?**
A: Yes, this connector is waterproof, so far there is no problem buried under the ground.

**Q: If there is no earth wire will this still work? Do you just connect the live and neutral as normal?**
A: No problem at all, you just need to connect the live and neutral wires separately and it will work.
