**Q: Does it have brushless motors?**
A: Yes it does. I have taken the time to look inside They are brushless DC squirrel cage fans with sleeve bearings. 2 batteries one side each, low on each side. The unit is well constructed. I recommend wearing one's hair up if is is long.

**Q: What is the plate purpose? I thought it was supposed to get cool to touch?**
A: Without the plate, your skin touches the back of the product (plastic) directly that, when heated by the body temperature, stays warm. With the plate, the product feels cool every time you wear the product.

**Q: what size, type of battery charger needed for 4000aH batteries?**
A: It comes with the charger

**Q: what is the sound db level?**
A: it depends on where your fan is at and how far away from your ears it is. other people when you wear it say it’s really quiet but personally when i wear it (i am small person so it’s closer to my ears than other people) it feels fairly loud when on the highest setting. on the highest setting it’s like but less than standing right in front of the air things when you walk into a store but the lowest setting is pretty quiet. when i’m outside i often forget it’s on if it’s on low. idk db and idk how to measure that

Good points - as described, nice neutral colour (beige/light tan/skintone), quality look & feel, not as noisy as some people have mentioned. Easy two buttons, with 3 wind levels+ high speed wind mode.Bad points - metal plate does not work at all so very disappointing. It is supposed to feel like ice or at least get cold. The back of neck fan is not working correctly. The second button is supposed to switch it on only after the fan has started. The back of neck fan starts at the same time as the front two fans so the neck fan button actually switches the back of neck fan off!I am considering returning.

Excellent neck fan with three lower settings and then a turbo mode which is absolutely brilliant, it blasts air around your head and gives great cooling. You have to hold the power button for three seconds to activate the turbo setting, easy enough! This is quite an expensive fan but you get a quality device, would buy again
