Don't waste your money. Get a real authentic Asian cook book and make some American changes to it. Also PF Changs has compromised the quality of many of their foods and decreased the size of the shrimp to very small. Dynamite portion has been cut by 1/3 the amount. Prices rising as the wealthy stay wealthy. Invest in a rice cooker and visit an Asian store. You'll be surprised by want you can create. PF Change also uses a lot of oil. Soy, ginger, garlic, and oil is very tasty. Save the outer skins from your citrus fruit and scrape away the white. Then let them dry out.
