Review: Good fit and the option to remove the pads. - I bought these as I’m due to have an operation on my shoulder and won’t be able to wear a bra but still want to wear something. I am size 14 and bought size M. It’s a good fit easy to put on the cups inside our little bit hard but they’re not a problem and you can remove them and put your own ones in or not. Put any in if you want I would recommend. I don’t know what they like to wash. I only intend to use some short-term as I do prefer to wear a bra I like straps.

Just arrived and tried one on. I see what other reviews mean by the foam discs- they're quite thick and not held in place, but you could always put a stitch in at a couple of points around the edge if you want to keep them in place. Personally I preferred it with the padded disc taken out. The one I tried on was easy to get in to and felt comfy- not so tight as to pinch or dig in, but clings enough that I feel confident it wouldn't slip down- much more preferable to boned or tight fitting strapless bras that are difficult to breathe in! Not as much 'lift' as a premium brand, but who cares?! Comfort over appearance gets my vote every time! ☺️ For reference I'm roughly a size 12 (depending on brand/ cut etc 🙄) with 33" under bust and 38" over bust and the medium was perfect in size x
