Easy to use, even on yourself. I have used it for moving cupping as well as typical cupping. I love that they are glass and so they don't get scratched up during the cleaning process. The case keeps them safe and all in one place. And you can't beat the price anywhere, I've been looking for years. Review: Useless, Missing Parts, Poor Design for Pump Tube - This product is so disappointing. The cups are beautifully made and the case is so nice, but there is absolutely no way to attach the pump and tube to the cups! I contacted the seller who told me to attach the silicone piece to the cups, but then there is no way to attach the other end of the hose to the pump. It's like there should be 2 silicone pieces in the case, but there is only 1. Also once you get that silicone connector onto the pump it is nearly impossible to remove for cleaning. I had to use a cake tester thin wire to dig in alongside to break the seal which is very time consuming and would eventually gouge the silicone making it unusable. So, sadly, for these reasons I have returned this item. I hope the seller/manufacturer fixes these problems because the cups themselves are really, really nice. Totally frustrating and totally annoying.
