I don't use it, however, for the intended purpose. I have been using it for the psoriasis on the palms of my hands. After many RX and OTC treatments, I found Anusol to be the only product that works. And, I believe it is because Anusol contains zinc oxide where the other hemorrhoid products do not. The zinc oxide takes away the terrible itch and heals the cracks in hours. I prefer Anusol. Can't purchase in USA as "Anusol." Tucks bought out. Product ended. McNeil labs from Great Britain now makes Anusol. Doesn't have awful smell of dead fish like Prep H. No animal product in Anusol. Works well. Will not raise BP as many do. Also, with shipping costs all the way from England, still cheaper than what I can buy in drugstore.
