They sent me a new cord, adding that if that doesn't fix it, we'll go to the next step. A new cord arrived in a week. The cord is replaced and the light is back on. This is a tuff light! I'm very satisfied, and recommend this light for growing tomatoes and other plants indoors. Review: It really does NOT have five year warranty, Just try and get help see what happens. - I had the light working on low power based on charts but thought I could see it fluctuating. Thought it was me the glasses or something else. It wasn't until I put a watt meter on it I could see the power moving up and down and then realized the thing they call the driver (ballast) that provides the power was way toooo hot for the low power. I then turned it up to see what it would do and would not receive even 700watts. I called the phone number it was just weird answering machine. Then I was instructed by desertcart to email through app. They asked for proof. I sent movies and more emails only to be told after a few days it was normal to be this way. The driver was protecting itself from blowing up that's why I couldn't turn it up it was overheating and is working. I couldn't believe that was my solution. I bought the product one month and 3 days before contacting them.
