During our adventure, it rained all day and even after hours in driving rain, I stayed completely dry! I was actually amazed they held up as well considering the amount of rain and bike spray there was. My phone stayed dry in the pant pocket as well! With the zippered legs, it made it easy to put on and off when we were inside and they were easy to clean and dry, very little effort. The size was decent, only issue was length, they ran long, but with them tightened at the bottom it was not an issue.

**Q: How sturdy are they for hiking off-trail? Do they tear easily?**
A: I would want to certainly not want to get into any briars. Stay on the trail.

**Q: I'd like to wear something in the tropics to protect from bugs.  Would these likely be too warm?**
A: These pants protect well against rain and wind.  As such, they don't breath/ventilate.  I would not use them for protection against insects in a warm or hot environment, preferring instead a garment with a mesh construction.

**Q: Do you have the jacket, too?**
A: There are jacket in the store, you can enter and buy through the store.

**Q: Do these pants have taped seams and a waterproof breathable membrane fabric?**
A: They are water proof and breathable, but, the bottom half of the leg is zippered for boots, and I went across a creek that went up to my knees and water seeped through the zippers and went into my boots. Also, they are not completely water proof if you have to lean down onto your knees in water to observe a small plant or animal. There is another pant that is more "rubberized" that I am still trying to find. I hope that helps? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤞

Sehr gute Regenhose. Durch die Möglichkeit sie zusätzlich zur Größe auch in verschiedenen Längen zu ordern sind wirklich alle Größen abgedeckt. Bin 1,90m und habe sie in tall bestellt. So ist sie auch beim Radfahren nicht zu kurz. Die Reißverschlüsse an den Beinen erlauben ein an und ausziehen auch mit Schuhen und sind zusätzlich mit einem Klettverschluss gesichert. Zwei Taschen mit zusätzlichen Reißverschlüssen erlauben es Dinge sicher aufzubewahren. Am Bund hat sie neben dem Gummizug zusätzlich ein Band um die Größe weiter anzupassen. Bisher hat sie keinen Tropfen Wasser durch gelassen.
