Been smoking everything under the sun and then some. Problem being is that most of the rubs out there are so high in sodium that although delicious, you wake up at 3am soaked in sweat downing water by the gallon. I am very excited to have found Maynards Miner's Mix. I have used it on St. louis style ribs and a small brisket flat yesterday and both turned out amazing. The flavor is fantastic and the sodium isn't through the roof.
