It worked find for a little over a month, then suddenly quit the following : “initializing cable”; 20 second countdown; copying process; and finally “Your data” and “Settings” on the menu page. Instead, only “Home”, “Help”, and “About Us” showed up.After using the “Help, App and Cable, and Contact Us” lifeline, soon I was emailing with Meem’s customer service. Chris was extremely dedicated in helping, including calling on the phone to help, even though he is in the U.K.. His question to me was had I upgraded to iOS 11 ( which I had not, even though the phone continually notified me for months that it was available ).
