**Q: When shipped, does this come in its own box, or is it unwrapped and put in an Amazon box?**
A: No, it comes in a plain brown Amazon Box.
Very disappointed!

**Q: Is there a recommended height/ weight for switching between the stages?**
A: It's more about development than anything else. You drop the sling when baby has better head control. You'll move them to the assisted seated position when they can sit well with support. And you can remove the insert when it's a bit of a squeeze to get them into the insert and you are ready to wrestle a slippery baby, lol.

**Q: does this need to go into sink/tub, or on counter?**
A: Tub. It’s too big for sinks. It can go on the counter.

**Q: Your sku here keeps sending a 3 in 1 humidifier…. How do I order and actually get a bathtub??**
A: Same thing happened to me! Call and they will send you a replacement for the tub

I got this for my kid and overall does a great job with all the features in it. Highly recommended it overall as it is a complete package to grow as baby grows. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Functional and very usable bathtub - Super easy to use - Parts are thoughtfully designed and can support a good amount of weight - Overall very good quality and feels premium - Very reasonably priced for the quality Cons: - No color options are available to choose from - Does not folds so organization in home is limited
