I think the dimensions need to be exact for them to work not only so that they fit, but also because they need to hold the right tension. **Q: what are the installation instructions?** A: Remove handle (single screw on each side). Requires star or torx bit screwdriver. Remove filter box to provide access to seven screws on inside of each side panel. They are a bear to get to. Prepare to bruise your knuckles. Factory uses loc-tite. With side panel removed, remove old track, clean up any debris, put on new track, reinstall cover. You'll need a prybar to stretch the track over the second roller. Put the new track on in the same configuration as the one you took off. Replace cover. Repeat on other side if needed. Re-install handle.
