The problem are the sizes and the return policy. I ordered a "6" as recommend by my teacher. He is a 6 and he is actually shorter then me. The Gi arrived and it was humongous. I showed it to my teacher and he just laughed. When looking at their return policy they suggest you try to sell the Gi to your friends - Hahaha - I understand why because ordering them you pay a shipping costs and returning them you also need to pay shipping costs so I ended up spending close to 35$ just to measure the GI.Only buy if you are certain that their sizes fit you. They have only a 60% expected fit and it doesn't count those who are not happy and didn't bother to submit their review so I would say you have 50% chance of getting the right size.I was recommended Tokon or Juka so I will try one of them nextGood Luck ### ⭐⭐ Gi jacket fits way too tight *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2013* I'm 5'11" tall and weigh 225 pounds. I've practiced martial arts most of my life and have taught Shotokan Karate for over 25 years. I'm regional director of a major karate organization, own a gorgeous dojo, and have worn out numerous karate gi over the years. I have worn a size 6 gi forever and those fit me perfectly.I fell in love with the Kamikaze Europa gi sold to me first by a Canadian firm, and later by Kamikaze USA. The fabric is ideal for me, soft, breathable, long wearing. Kamikaze USA may now be "Tokon" - I'm uncertain - but this time I was in a rush and ordered three size 6 Europa Gi for quick delivery. Before they shipped, Kamikaze contacted me by email to ask my height and weight, which I gave. and they confirmed that size 6 was the right size for me.The gis arrived on time but... The pants were the same cut and pattern as my previous Europa uniforms, but the jackets were NOT! For some reason, Kamikaze has revised the pattern of the jackets so they are about 8 inches narrower than previously, and they don't even come close to fitting - the length is right, but the size 6 jackets are even smaller around than most size 5's! When I tie the ties on the jacket and lay it on the pants, the pants waistband is about 4 inches wider than the jacket (and the ties and the waist go around the same part of me)!These uniforms shipped to me from Spain. I wrote about the problem and Kamikaze said they'd accept my return at my expense but would deduct the 'actual' shipping charges (apparently they think their actual shipping was greater than the amount they charged me??). At least the return address was in the USA. Their email to me seemed to me both argumentative and defensive.I'd hoped to wear these gis at a three-day training - luckily I was able to acquire a size 6 ASE Deluxe Heavyweight gi in time - the ASE pants were cut identically to the Kamikaze pants, but the jacket was (as usual) the same diameter as the pants and fit me very well.Kamikaze did an excellent job getting the three uniforms to me on time, but the cut of the jacket is WAY slimmer than any size 6 gi I've EVER worn, and their customer service for the return process left much to be desired. I'll be shopping elsewhere in future for sure! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... first Kamikaze Gis back in the early 2000's and loved them. I stopped training for 12 years and bought this new Europa as I have started again. I'm glad I did. The quality and comfort is just the same. Shipping was unbelievably fast. Spain to Canada in less than 2 days and the company sent me e-mails following up on the purchase and were extremely friendly. As soon as I wore it I had a dozen people complimenting the gi.P.S.
