The Cuckoo brand is Korean and is considered to be a top of the line cooker. Pluses: Half the cost of the Zo Commercial cooker. 50% more production capacity than the Zo (30 cup vs 20 cup) per cycle. I bought one of these and used it for about 10 days (we do a 50 pound bag of rice every morning). Both Zo's plus the new Cuckoo helped. After a week, I ordered a second of these Cuckoos. (both of these together cost less than a third zo). I really now prefer the Cuckoos to the Zo's. For us, the capacity of the Cuckoo is perfect (max volume before the lift from the pot becomes too heavy). The fact that there is a third indicator light (shows cooking, steaming, and warming) rather that the two for the Zo (cook and warm) so you don't have to time your warming light to estimate steaming time. When the Cuckoo leaves steam and goes to warm, the rice is ready. I can't speak to longevity yet because the short time I have owned them.
