Product Switzerland. Pack Of 1. Swiss Baking Chocolate. Chocolate Mousse: Break chocolate into pieces and melt in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool a little. Beat egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream on high speed, untill stiff. Add egg yolks and Kirish. Combine with cooled melted chocolate. Gently fold in snow mixture. Spoon into dessert cups. Chill until cool and firm. Contains: Hazelnuts Made In a facilty that uses milk, soy, gluten and other tree nuts. Ingredients: Chocolate liquor (cocoa mass), sugar, cocoa fat (cocoa butter), Hazelnuts, artificial flavour (vanilla). Cocoa solids, 50% minimum Chocolate Noir.
