Nel frattempo ho comprato questo cuscino pensando che fosse quasi inutile e invece ho avuto ottimo risultati da subito. Ora lo uso per una decina di minuti la sera pr8ma di dormire (nemmeno tutte le sere) e lo scalino è sparito. Quindi niente fisioterapista e risultati incredibili.
