My order arrived beautifully packaged with very clear instructions and so much info on the Birch and Wilde website. I have been taken the collagen for about 3 weeks and can really feel and see the benefits. I was suffering with the joints in my knee and every time I went to the gym the pain was getting worse, after about a week of taking the capsules the pain has gone.
