Review: i like it but mainly salt - It seems all fish sauces are substantially salt. This is disappointing for someone who avoids salt. Having said that this is my favourite of the fish sauces that I have used, and it doesnt have fish.

Having nothing to compare it with, I'd say my first try of this vegan 'fish' sauce is that it adds a sea side taste to the homemade kimchi, am not sure if I'd call it fish tasting. The Kimchi tastes good and NISH as an integral part of the essential vegan paste, I will be keeping it in stock, repurchasing. My go-to 'fish' sauce. One star less than 5; I wish it was more reasonably priced.
