But my thing is, if you're buying this for a reason like injury or tendonitis, where the injury will barely heal unless you take something specific to help it along-- then I don't care how this tastes if it actually works.. I usually have a sensitive stomach to new things, but surprisingly that didn't happen with this one-- I just open it up and suck it right down, without tasting it like you would cough syrup.. So far I've taken it maybe twice a week to not over-do it, and I do notice the improvement in my leg the very next day; but I may need it more often (daily is suggested) to get more noticeable, long-term effects for tendonitis...
