It helped me bake 8 waffles at a time. And it cooks the waffle bater evenly. Very useful cooking tool and it cools off very fast. The waffles slide out of the silicone pans effortlessly. Definitely would recommend this waffle pan especially when making a big amount of them at once. It saves alot of time.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient, Convenient, Convenient

These are great for my sitch; I live in a 1000 sq ft apartment and don't have tons of counter space. The first time I used the molds, I got a pretty decent result. I used Krusteaz pancake mix but modified the recipe with salt, pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, brown sugar and butter; just like my pancakes. I used Chia as an egg sub for 2 eggs. I put them on a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and oiled them with Grapeseed. I baked them at 350 for about 22 minutes. Okaaaaay LOL, they came out more like cake waffles... Cakeffles... Wakes? I put too much mix in each slot, covering the tops of the squares too much. It made them flat on the top with no squares. They weren't golden brown on the bottom so I flipped them onto the cookie sheet and put the on low broil for 3 mins. They stuck just a little bit as I took them out, however it wasn't a deal breaker. They cleaned up pretty easy with a hand scrubber, but left a bit of residue. Using my soapy hand to rub that off gently did the trick. 2 MONTHS LATER: I used them again and this time I used milk, one egg(Chia) and grapeseed oil vs butter. They came out stiffer and much more waffle-y. I baked them at 450 for about 12 minutes on the center rack and they did get really crispy which perfect waffle crunch. Only thing I would change is to cook them at 400-425 and maybe a Tbsp of butter instead of none.
