So I got this arm band which has certainly surpassed my expectations. It’s very well made and it fits my iPhone 13 Pro Max which has an OtterBox case with a pop socket on it. It has an additional pocket in the front of you need to carry keys or credit card or cash. It is very light weight so really the only weight is basically from my phone. I power walk very vigorously and swing my arms as well and it has not slipped, and my phone is pretty heavy. I have only used it a few times so I am still getting the right adjustment for how tight or loose I like it around my upper arm. It does take some getting used to having the phone on my arm vs. around my waist but it definitely works for what I need. I may stay with this option even after I get the clearance from my doctor. But I would definitely recommend this one it is very well made and the strap is very secure. It has a double tab zipper as well which is convenient. I also ordered a sleeve style armband at the same time I ordered this one, but when I put my phone in the sleeve style and put it around my arm it started slipping so I knew it was not going to hold up because of the weight of my phone.
