Mild relief of symptoms for a very short time. I found the nozzle awkward to use and didnt always squirt the liquid when placed in the throat. Not impressed with the design of the product or the effectiveness.

The only product that works for my sore throat. But unfortunatrly mostly I can not find it here. It is often out of stock.
