There was absolutely no visual damage. All the zippers worked with ease. Wheels rolled easily across both wood floors and area rugs. The telescoping handle raises to two positions but wish there was a third lower option. I’m 5’5” and the settings are a bit high for me to roll comfortably at my side; however, I can always pull it behind me. I can also easily maneuver along side me by simply holding the top handle that’s used for lifting. This seems to be well made and I feel sure I’ll get several years of service for travel.
