Review: My go-to sugar replacement - Packaging and shipping are first rate. Product is as clean as can be and taste is great. I love Monk Fruit as an alternative to cane or beet sugar, not to mention corn syrup. It dissolves quickly and completely in my morning coffee or afternoon tea. Even on top of my oats or in plain yogurt. No graininess. I also use it for baking - an uncomplicated 1:1 ratio works out just fine and my cookies or cakes turn out great.

**Q: What is difference between white and gold monk fruit sweetener?**
A: To me, golden monk fruit has a golden color and tastes a little like brown sugar. The monk fruit white sugar has the same consistency as white sugar. Hope that helps.

**Q: Should erythritol be banned with this news?.....check it out on google?**
A: As a vegan who does not use sugar, monkfruit has been a game-changer.  I use less monkfruit than I did sugar, which is great.  The FDA says monkfruit is safe for all to use, even a pregnant woman.  I use it daily and cook and bake with it, and have for years.  I've never had a reaction to it. A: It doesn't say on the packaging however keep in mind it's made from Monk Fruit so that must come from Asia. The only difference will be whether or not the manufacturing processes to make the final product based in a different country, e.g., the homebase for manufacturing operations. Yet like I stated that is not listed on the packaging.

I absolutely love Monkfruit sweetener. It tastes like sugar to me. I'm diabetic and it doesn't raise my blood sugar levels or cause gastrointestinal issues. It also does awesome in recipes in a 1:1 ratio forcsugar. I've made homemade pecan pralines, kwto muddy buddies, and keto cookies with it. Most of my family members, including grandchildren can't tell the difference lol
