The circle entry was too be on the front with the side entry to the right side of box... The hole was on the back so when against the wall the cats couldn't enter. They made the box wrong and because of holes for screws being in specific spots no way to fix. Called and no way to just get a new house sent, so had to take back apart and play Tetris with the parts to get back in the box to send back. Smelled a little strongly so cats didn’t use it much first couple of days, though they love it now. Only complaint is that the four toys don’t have anything that securely attaches them.
