There are three buttons on the top for small/medium/large dispense. You can press these buttons more than once with the same pod to top up your mug if you like. Heats up & dispenses quickly. The internal container for used pods is fairly large too, fits about 8 pods before it needs emptying. Easy to remove & wash too. Reasonable size, easy to install (plug in, fill the water tank, pop a pod). The coffee tastes nice and good quality (depending on the quality of the pod as well, of course). Low maintenance, easy clean. I cannot fault the unit itself. One point to mention - opposed to the video shown on Amazon, there isn't any app for Philips L'Or on iPhones. However, I cannot imagine why would you need an app for a simple and fast coffee machine like this - it takes more time to pick up the phone and start the app than pop in a pod and press the button.
