It is quite soft yet supportive making it comfortable and easy to adjust to sleeping on. Another reviewer advised to be sure and order a case, which I found only in the 38” size. The case is a VERY tight fit getting it on the wedge. For this reason I deducted one star. I would suggest that the medium size wedge is wide enough for the averages size person, in which case, the wedge case would more easily fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for travel *by J***. on October 10, 2020* I have an adjustable bed at home, but needed a wedge pillow for when we travel to prevent acid reflux. Other wedge pillows I have purchased in the past have been hard as a rock and very uncomfortable to sleep on, so I decided to try this one based on another review that said it was softer, and I am glad I did. It is firm enough so that it didn't flatten out during the night, but soft enough to be comfortable to sleep on. It is also longer than others I have tried, so the edge doesn't dig into my side or bend my body uncomfortably.
