An entry style door knob set has a keyed lock on the outside that can be locked and unlocked from the outside with a key. On the inside, it can be locked and unlocked by a convenient thumb turn knob. 5 pin solid brass, anti-bump lock cylinders provide a higher level of security. **Q: Is this one or 2 knobs?**
A: There is one set with the interior and exterior knobs.

**Q: Does anyone else’s doorknob lock horizontally? Stays unlocked vertically? Seems backwards**
A: Yes.  It is backwards.  Cheap locks.

**Q: Can this be re-keyed?  Will it work with a Schlage key way?**
A: Unfortunately this is unit is unable to be rekeyed.

**Q: Missing screws I received the lock but not the 2 long screws and old lock ones will not work.**
A: T  sad or it to your lick hardware store.  They should be able to find screws that will work.

Poor quality. Latch kept getting stuck in the open position after first fitting it. Wasted time fitting it, removing it, testing why it was getting stuck but kept happening even when not fitted to door. Returning it and buying a slightly more expensive better quality one from Screwfix.
