I can't find the missing piece inside the package (which arrived in perfect condition) so the planter must have been sent to me like this (?!). This also means that it's not sturdy at all. I ordered three of these (I already have the larger ones) and all three were damaged. They were shipped together in a single box with ZERO padding and packaging. Two had huge cracks. All three had bad scratches and scuffs. You'd think they'd get a clue with so many damaged goods being returned! I am now re-ordering each pot individually to see if it helps. If not, I guess I'll be giving my business to Home Depot instead. For those more curious about the "look" of these pots (Ella, Teak color), I really think they're great. I'm pretty picky and they pass my test. They came packed together, although I took the advice of another reviewer and ordered them separately.... so they would be less likely to crack in transit.
