The reason I took a star off is that the two colors I would actually carry with me and use in public (black and white) are the two noisiest of all the fans! Pink is whisper quiet, green is only slightly louder, and both the black and white fans sound like a piece of gasoline-powered lawn equipment. Okay fine, that's an exaggeration, but my point is, I would feel awkward and disruptive to use either of them in a libary or at church, but not the pink or green. ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY!!!!! *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2021* You get what you pay for. Plugged one in and it worked fine. Plugged another in and it didn't work. I assumed I got a bad one. Later, I went to charge my phone (Pixel XL) and it would not even register that my phone was plugged in. I freaked out a little bit until I restarted my phone and it registered being plugged in. Not sure what this little fan did, but it somehow shorted out my phone's USB port. So all 4 of these go in the trash.
