I truly feel it's only one serving. Maybe they pack in the calories, but still one serving. The ease in making this was very simple. Only boiling water needed. Now for the taste. I thought it tasted very good. I ate the whole bowl. I do like good food although I am not a very picky eater. I won't eat bad tasting food. The taste is in the palette of the beholder. To me this tasted really good.
