It is much smaller than I thought it was going to be. And the glass is very thin I feel like it will break easily. The strainer lid does not sit snug in the top. I read that in some other reviews but didn't think it was a big deal until I started using it and realized how annoying it was. The shape is odd so it takes up a lot of room in the refrigerator. I would have returned it but my husband already used it.
