I only recently started using the charcoal face washes, but I think they're great. There are a bunch of great ones out there like Loreal and Neutrogena, but Biore's seems to leave my skin feeling smoother and less oily than any of the others. I have moderately oily skin to more than moderately oily, depending on the day, and I am always on the lookout for new face washes that do the job. My issue is that I can't shave every day, or I get bumps. These are beyond razor burn, but are apparently a medical condition that is unfortunately both genetic and not curable. So, I end up not being able to shave more than once in a 2-3 day period of time (at least), and if I am really busy over the course of a few days, I won't shave for a whole week. That leaves me with a significant beard that makes it easy for my skin to get oily on a daily basis. This is one of those cleansers that helps to manage that situation. I don't honestly know if it's more of a mental thing, but my skin definitely feels less oily, smoother, and cleaner, and ends up clearer on a day-to-day basis when I use this. Would HIGHLY recommend. My ONLY complaint about this (which has nothing to do with the product itself) is that I dropped it once and the pump broke off. It still worked when I put it back on, but it literally is broken now and can fall off, so I have to be delicate with it. Otherwise great, effective product! I have an oily T zone and this facewash has helped minimize the oil on my T zone.
