Review: I received all the parts described. The set up was simple, probably taking 10-15 minutes. The caddy has square baskets to hold more shower product. You can easily adjust the height between baskets. It accommodates larger hair product containers easily. The tension knob works to hold the pole in place. It has not slipped. The chrome was shiny. You can hang a couple of wash cloths or other scrubbers. One issue I have had is that the razor slots don’t quite fit my razors. I can place it in but it tends to fall out. Instead, I have used this feature as hooks for other items. I use the shampoo dispensing hole in one of the baskets for something else. Overall, it is good size, practical, easy to set up and seems sturdy.
