**Q: Do new "o-rings" come with the filter kit?  If not, what is the part number for the "o-rings" and where do you order them?**
A: The O rings do not come with the  replacement filters, you need to buy them from Water Express.

**Q: So the pentek, ispring, express, igeek and ect. filters will "all", work as long as the  housing is 4.5 x 20"? but filter quality is diff?**
A: Well dont know all those but If the housing is the same it should. I had ispring setup and just upgraded the filters to heavy metal filter set and they are great! No issues. Hope that helps

**Q: how to open the blue housing ? no matter what I tried I can not open the blue houseing to replace the filter**
A: You first have to shut the water off to the system...Next you have to release the pressure in the system, there should be a red button on top of the  system press that button and watch the pressure drop on the gauge..Note there will be some water so have a towel ready ..Next use the wrench that came with the system when you bought it ... It looks like a small tennis racket with no strings...slide that up the blue tube and spin it off....Note that the first time I had to change the filter the blue tube was on very tight ,so take your time and be careful....Hope I was able to help....

**Q: Will these cartridges fit the ISpring big blue system that uses the 4.5" x 20" filter cartridge?**
A: Yes they will. Cartridge should say in details what size they are. I have used them in mine. Personally tho I feel the original name brand ones are better quality.
