These tablets are natural but I was sceptical about their efficacy. I take one tablet per night an hour before sleep. They actually work, my nose is clear, no hayfever symptoms. I have been taking them for over three months now, no side effects, no drowsiness. I really do not think it is a placebo effect, I had hayfever my whole life and now I do not.
