We bought the large and the chest strap fits fine, the neck strap however needs to be tightened but can’t be adjusted that extra little bit even though his neck measures within the descriptions dimensions. Additionally the safety belt that attaches to the car has gotten wrapped around his hind leg causing discomfort and would be a serious hazard in an accident.
