## Overview

This Premium Faux Leather Fabric is a 25-metre roll of 100% PVC vinyl on polyester backing, weighing 675gsm—ideal for upholstery. It meets BS EN 1021 fire retardant standards, is waterproof, and easy to clean with just warm soapy water. Available in a smooth red finish, it offers a durable, stylish alternative to genuine leather, perfect for professional-grade interior projects.

## Description

This fabric is suitable for upholstery and is Grade A and far superior than most leatherette found on online marketplaces. A great deal of care was taken into the images of this fabric. However variations from screen to screen can alter the colouring. It is recommended to order a small piece first to test colour if it needs to be exact. This leatherette is fire retardant according to BS EN 1021: Parts 1 & 2. Washing Instructions: Wipe surface only with soft cloth and warm soapy water. Use only mild soap or soap flakes. Remove residual soap with cold water and dry surface with clean cloth. A soft brush may be used gently to scrub off ingrained dirt. Do not use: Solvents, Bleaches, synthetic Detergents, Abrasive, Wax Polishes / Aerosol Sprays, Any Chemical Cleaners, etc., which may have detrimental effect on the material. Vinyl are resistant to most mild acids, drinks, alkalis and normal household stains which should be cleaned off immediately to avoid permanence staining. Some substances such as ball point pen ink, food colourings, lipstick, etc. may cause permanent staining which may be minimised by immediate cleaning
