**Q: I have one of these and it leaks around the cap; do they all leak in anyone speak to that if I buy another?**
A: I have 2 that do not leak even when I leave them tilted forward on top of a trailer so I can use them like faucets. Is it possible you just have a bad gasket in your cap?

**Q: We just received two of these 2 1/2 gallon bottles and they smell terribly. What is the full proof method to get rid of the smell permanently?**
A: I rinsed mine out thoroughly with bleach water. Then I rinsed out the bleach water with plain water. No smell remains.

**Q: Is there a spigot for this?  Full, this weighs half as much as my gf.**
A: No spigot.. at 2.5 gal weight is about 21 pounds

**Q: when will this be available? I have been looking for 6 months. I have the larger can and it's awesome but a bit heavy the 10L is perfect size.**
