Review: We love these chairs but need to get in touch with store customer service - We own a production company and studio and we have 4 of these chairs. They have held up great over the 2-3 years we've had them; however one has taken a little more wear and tear than the others and we want to get in touch with the store to inquire about ordering a replacement seat insert. one of them has torn and can no longer be sat in. the body of the chair is still in perfect condition so we would hope not to have to replace the whole chair. Can a representative help me get in touch with the store? My order customer service window has expired.
