My shoulder doesn't hurt nearly as bad in the mornings since I've started using this pillow and my arm isn't numb/tingly either. Getting a second one for my husband... he doesn't have a shoulder issue but he snores like a lumberjack and I'm really hoping this helps (wishful thinking but it's worth a try!!!).
