Initially worked fine but after about a dozen uses the lock would not open. I had meds in there with my lunch I needed so tried unsuccessfully to Jimmy the lock. Eventually had to use pliers to break it open. Zipper still works but lock is junk. NOT RECOMMENDED. Will be contacting seller for attempted refund.
