Review: Easy to install - Pretty easy to install, but needs two people to hold it, at least at the beginning. Depending on the surface, the sticky tape may not hold very well (in my case it didn't). Do not rely on the tape to hold the seal permanently. It came with installation screws and plastic holders to hide the screw heads, which is a nice addition compared to other brands. I had to add some additional screws in order to make it flush with the surface. The hard side holds pretty well the screws. After installation, the seal was almost perfect and it slides very well with the garage door. Yes, I would recommended it.

I used another brand before (bought at Lowes), but it disintegrated after only a year--probably a combination of the cold winters in upstate New York and full sun in the summer. This seems much more sturdy and the rubber should last longer.

**Q: Garage door is capa capechino brown.  Will the brown product match the doors or is it a different shade of brown?**
A: There may be some surprises in terms of color, but I think there is no problem in terms of color matching. Please compare the colors of the pictures.

**Q: Will this adhere to silicone adhesive ?**
A: The adhesive is not that strong. It only holds until you can get the screws in. Plus, if the weather is cold, it becomes very stiff and difficult to unroll and lay flat.

**Q: does it come in 8 or 10 ft. roll ?**
A: The total length of the product is 34.4 feet, which is sufficient for sealing the side and top surfaces of a small 18'W X 8'H dual garage door. He is packaged in rolls, with the package size of 10 "L X 10" W X 2.25 "H. Thank you!

**Q: What temperature is "remains flexible at extremely low temperatures"? I live in Alaska and see 40 to 50 below.**
A: I can't tell you the bottom temperature limit.  I live in western Wyoming and regularly see -10 to -15 and it worked fine.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice wide garage door seal.

I needed a wide seal for the garage doors in my pole barn. These arrived well packaged and were exactly as advertised. The adhesive on the back is slightly better than nothing, but don't count on it holding the seal in place for very long. It did help with installation though, keeping the seal in place for a few seconds until I could get a screw in. The provided screws and caps were useless for me. They were not hard enough to screw through the metal siding even after I drilled pilot holes. I also put about 2x as many screws in as the instructions indicated to prevent the seal from buckling. The seal itself is very soft and flexible on the 1/2 that seals against the door and fairly stiff on the 1/2 that seals against the door frame. I've only had them installed for a couple of months but they seal well and look nice.
