A: Comes with 8 decals. Should be enough for all 4 tires, even if you want to apply two per wheel.

**Q: How many people have been pulled over for the reflective red at night on the rims ?**
A: No idea but no one I have heard of and I had them on my suv and never a problem

I'm glad I bought the pack with 8 decals. I needed it. So first thing make sure you understand there is a right and wrong way to install. You will notice one edge of the decal curves out slightly. That goes along the outer edge of wheel and should match the contour of wheel. Seems obvious but I missed it on my first try. Because of this I can these are going to stick to the wheel real good once applied. It did leave an adhesive residue on the wheel when I pulled it off. This took Tar and Bug remover to get off. After figuring out the right way it was easy to apply. I used a hair dryer to warm it up and make it a little more forgiving and stretchy. Looks real nice
