**Q: does it come in brass?**
A: Yes it also comes in brass,  but it might take a week for it to be available on Amazon.  Once it becomes available you will find it in the same listing, where you can choose color.  If you give me your email address or phone number I can email or call you when it becomes available.

**Q: Where is the viewer? Recently purchased 689105-01 and started install when I noticed no viewer was enclosed in the box or inside the unit.**
A: The white plastic cover that goes inside the door has a spring activated sliding viewer. When you slide it up you can see through the hole and through the glass of the outside faceplate.

**Q: Is the plastic cover white white or off-white or cream or beige?**
A: It’s two shades of cream beige. The peephole strip is the darker cream beige.

**Q: Paper got into viewer how can I get paper out?**
A: If the paper tags are in the right slots where they belong, you can slide them out with your fingers, by sliding the top paper tag up and by sliding the bottom paper tag to the right. However, if the paper tags just fell inside the viewer, not in the right slots where they belong, you would have to take the door chime completely apart to get them out.
