The seller contacted me, apologized for the issue, and offered to make it right. We decided to replace this sling with another of their slings that is slightly different in construction with less neoprene and a more substantial-looking ripstock fabric upper over a neoprene lower. The new sling arrived in a couple of days and appears to be of good quality. I have not used it yet, but am thankful for the quality customer service! 11-20-23 Like others have said and posted pictures of, this sling ripped after 2 days of hunting. Was only carried a total of one mile of hiking back and forth to stand, and it ripped at the junction of the neoprene and upper patch.
