Does it cover the head?** A: It does not cover the head, just a strap. My son is 9 and we ended up returning this costume because the mask did not fit well and kept falling off. **Q: Can you remove the hat and wear it alone without the mask?** A: U could but the hat is very flimsy...it doesn't really work over the mask either **Q: What age child would fit in the large? The large is much cheaper- would it be easy to make temporary adjustments to fit a smaller child?** A: The large fit my eight year old who wears size 10-12. **Q: Should I size up? My 9 year old son is just at the 54" mark, a medium is suggested, do these run true to size ?** A: My son is 54" and the medium fit perfect ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All around great product won’t be disappointed *by A***R on 7 November 2025* I recommend this seller and costume quality my grandson loved it. Definitely size up, he's 8 and after reading reviews from other buyers about sizing I got him the large and it fits him perfectly, the medium would have been way too small. The costume is well made. Very happy with the purchase. ## Frequently Bought Together - Spirit Halloween Fortnite Fishstick Pirate Costume | Officially Licensed | Video Game Costume | Fortnite Cosplay - 27 1/2" Full Size Foam Pickaxe Fornite Cosplay Convention Safe Complete Your Costume - Spirit Halloween Fortnite Boogie Bomb with Lights and Sounds | Officially Licensed | Fortnite Accessory | Gaming --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/450013857-spirit-halloween-boys-fortnite-fishstick-pirate-costume](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/450013857-spirit-halloween-boys-fortnite-fishstick-pirate-costume) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
