I was using zinc added fixodent twice a day on my lowers. Now I use cushion grip, I use alot and don't bite down too hard when applying. I then use three small strips of non-zinc polygrip once a day on my lowers. Stay in all day. I don't use cushion grip on my uppers. When removing cushion grip soak in hot water for about 20 minutes, changing the water after 10 minutes. Then I use long handle tweezers to pull it out. Great. Reordered a 3 pack and will never be without it. Love it zinc or not **Q: I don't have ill fitting dentures I need a glue that really holds them in the over the counter stuff is crap** A: It is not a glue but more like a temporary soft reline. If it is done right it will hold your dentures in place for a few weeks or so. With that other glue like stuff, it is very messy, with cushion grip, after it cures you will be able to take your dentures out and brush them and put them back in you mouth and use them.
