Really impressed with the quality of the phone, its like brnad new! 100% battery and no marks or scratches anywhere on the screen or back. Very intuative operating system, just what you expext from an Iphone. Very good/excellent condition. Storage (128gb) a little small these days but good reminder to download all those thousands of photos to a hard drive. The IOS needed updating out of the box but not unusual with all the new iOS 26 updates flying around. Buy refurbished if you want a great phone at a reasonable price (especially if buying for teenagers!). UPDATE: I bought two of these. One phone has had significant problems and has been returned once for a fix under warranty. The seller has been very helpful so far but unfortunately the phone is having to be returned again for replacement. Will see how it goes.
