The harsh mint flavor and slimy texture of standard toothpaste combined with the rough texture of even soft brush bristles was a major deterrent for me.This toothpaste genuinely tastes like blue raspberry, but without being overpowering. The texture is soft, and not slimy or gritty, but gets my teeth plenty clean. It's also SLS free, so I don't get sores from it!If you're also an adult struggling with tooth brushing due to sensory issues, this product may be helpful for you!When I started brushing my teeth again, I also started using one of those small extra extra soft brushes with thousands of soft bristles, which was much more comfortable than a standard toothbrush! I have switched to an electric toothbrush with an extra soft head. Hello blue raspberry has a subtly sweet taste that is more natural than the majority of fruit flavors. I also love it that the actual paste is white-no color added! Only the boxes and tubes have blue.
